Business Customs and Etiquette
Business greetings are informal and Danes may introduce themselves by their first names. Business greetings are usually with a handshake, time keeping and punctuality for meetings is important. Business cards are usually exchanged after introductions. Communication is direct with eye contact being maintained, opinions of those involved will be sought. Meeting presentation and data should be of a high standard.
Business meetings may be held over lunch or dinner; most Danish business people speak English and may speak other languages too. Business visitors may wish to avoid visiting from mid June to mid August which are a the peak holiday periods. Business practices and protocols are similar to that in most western countries.

Denmark's location means it has a temperate climate characterised by warm to cool summers and mild to cold winters. Denmark is a destination that can be visited throughout the year.
