Historic Edinburgh is the capital city of Scotland that is located in the south east of Scotland. The city has a natural scenic setting and has been described as one of the most beautiful cities in Europe. The city is home to many historic buildings, the most famous is Edinburgh Castle that attracts many visitors both from the UK and internationally each year. The compact city is known for its scenic setting, with plenty of history and tradition alongside being a modern, dynamic capital city that is home to a thriving arts and culture scene.
