Guests can choose from the wine list to find the perfect accompaniment to their meals. The stylish restaurant has a relaxed atmosphere where diners can dine whilst enjoying the inspiring views of Edinburgh Castle.

The Glendale bar offers guests a place to sit back and unwind with a choice of drinks available. Drinks include a range of beers, wines, spirits including malt whisky. The relaxed atmosphere makes it an ideal place to catch up with family, friends and colleagues.

The Princes St. Coffee House is a coffee shop located on the ground floor of the hotel and offers guests a range of coffees, sandwiches, panini’s and ice cream in relaxed, contemporary surroundings.
