The hotel is a compact independently run 2 star boutique hotel housed inside a historic building noted for its architecture. The hotel is located on a street with other historic Victorian buildings; the hotel offers guests an interesting alternative from staying in larger chain hotels. For visitors after a charming smaller hotel with a friendly atmosphere, the Brunswick has plenty to offer.


Facilities


There are a total of 18 guest bedrooms all of which are individually coloured and offer a good standard of accommodation. Guests can choose from double, twin, triple and king sized rooms.

The guest bedrooms offer comfortable, budget 2 star accommodation. Room facilities include television, telephone, radio, alarm clock and tea and coffee making facilities.

There is free Wi-Fi internet access available at the hotel. There are no car parking facilities available on-site for hotel guests, the closest NCP car parks are located at the Glasshouse and Ingram Street car parks located a few minutes walk away, the approx cost is £15 per day.

Dining


Each morning guests can enjoy a Continental breakfast with a choice of breads, preserves, cereals, fruits and hot and cold drinks.

The Brutti ma Buoni restaurant offers diners a choice of Mediterranean inspired food. There are a choice of meat, fish and vegetable dishes, including options for vegetarians. The restaurant offers good value for money with food prepared in house and daily specials. Guests can choose from the wine list to find the perfect accompaniment to their meals.

The Bar offers guests with a choice of drinks available. Drinks include a range of coffees, teas, beers, wines, spirits, cocktails and soft drinks. The relaxed atmosphere makes it an ideal place to catch up with family, friends and colleagues.

The hotel is close by to a number of attractions in Glasgow city centre including Ramshorn and Tron theatres and well known attractions such as the Kelvingrove Art Gallery and Museum, Glasgow Science Centre, the Burrell Collection and the Scottish Exhibition and Conference Centre (SECC) all of which are easily assessable.

The hotel is located in the Merchant city in Glasgow city centre, the city offers visitors with a range of shopping facilities, art galleries, bars, restaurants and entertainment venues. The hotel is a convenient place from which to explore the attractions in Glasgow & Ayrshire region and surrounding areas. The M8 Motorway offers access to Glasgow Airport located approx 9 miles away by road.
