Tips & Other Considerations

There may be some variations on the hours of individual shops and outlets in the designer outlet depending on opening hours of each shop and the particular day of the week.

Ensure you are always alert and aware of your belongings at all times especially your wallet/purse and valuables and ensure they are hidden away from public view. If you have a bag try to use a shoulder bag with a good quality, strong strap, that is put across your shoulder not on your shoulder making it more difficult for anyone to snatch your bag.

Do not leave your bags/shopping bags unattended, this will help prevent theft and stop you misplacing your bags.

The quietest time to visit is usually first thing in the morning when it opens or in the evenings. Note it can get very busy particularly during busy times such as weekends. At busy times factor in the extra congestion and the extra time to get to and from the car park.

At busy times consider using the multi storey car park located just behind the shops. The ground level car parks next to the shops are the most popular but can lead to congestion getting in and out at busy times. Using the multi storey car park can help avoid some of this and is only a short walk away.

If you are travelling by car to the Outlet Village ensure you are well prepared with maps and Sat Nav to aid your journey, particularly if you are not familiar with the local area and roads.
