The restaurant serves both British and European cuisine with a choice of interesting dishes for diners to choose from including options for vegetarians. The restaurant uses the finest, fresh ingredients to create a range of exciting dishes offering an enjoyable fine dining experience for diners. Diners can choose from the impressive wine list and find the perfect accompaniment to their meals.

The Atrium Restaurant includes a buffet with a choice of hot and cold dishes including meats, fish, vegetables and desserts. Located in beautiful surroundings with impressive décor the restaurant offers an informal dining experience with a relaxed atmosphere. The cuisine is mainly British with international influences.

The Belfry Bar is a place where guests can relax and unwind in comfortable surroundings with great views. There are a choice of drinks available including soft drinks, beers, wines, cocktails and spirits. The bar serves a choice of bar snacks, sandwiches and sweets providing an ideal place to catch up with friends, family and colleagues.

The Leisure Café offers a range of healthy options including salads, jacket potatoes, wraps and smoothies and offers a relaxed atmosphere for an informal dining experience.

Sam’s is a bar that is open to both hotel residents and non-residents. Food orders are freshly prepared and include burgers, salads, pastas, pizza and sandwiches. The décor includes golfing images and memorabilia and there is a large screen showing Sky Sports.

Local Attractions


The West Midlands region includes a number of different landscapes from well known cities such as Birmingham, Coventry and Wolverhampton to parks such as Sutton Park in Sutton Coldfield to woodland and the English countryside. Visitors can experience a range of attractions in the region both urban and rural.

The largest centre in the West Midlands region is Birmingham, over the years the city has become a hub for the arts with plenty going on. It has been claimed that the city has more navigable canals than Venice.

Dudley is thought of as unofficial capital of the Black Country. The town is located approx 10 miles from Birmingham, from the town there are great views over Hereford, Worcester, Staffordshire and the Severn Valley. The town is well known for Dudley Zoo, that includes a wide range of animals from around the world. The zoo is a popular family attraction, there the whole family can enjoy a day out.

Dudley Castle is located in the grounds of Dudley Zoo, the historic castle dates back to the 11th century. The castle is now in ruins and visitors can see living demonstrations by re-enactment groups, take part in ghost walks and see the impressive birds of prey displays.

Dudley also has an underground canal that makes its way under the town and the Dudley Museum & Art Gallery located in the town centre that includes a number of geology exhibits including fossils. There is a fine art collection that includes oil paintings, watercolours and prints.

West Bromwich is a small town in the West Midlands, located approx 5 miles from Birmingham and is in contrast to the big city much quieter for those visitors seeking a more relaxed atmosphere. West Bromwich is well known for its football club, West Bromwich Albion a past giant of the game, that has in recent times struggled to recreate past glories. The fans of course are ever hopeful the good times will return soon. The Barber Institute of Fine Arts is a favourite among art lovers, it is among the best small galleries with an impressive collection of paintings old and new, sculptures and drawings.

Sutton Coldfield is located approx 8 miles from Birmingham city centre and has a different character and feel to the much larger Birmingham. The main attraction here is Sutton Park that is over 2,000 acres in size, the natural parkland, now a nature reserve includes lakes, woodland, moorland, and a golf course and is a sought after spot for boating, fishing and cycling. The park offers a scenic wilderness next to an urban environment.

The city of Wolverhampton is well known for its iron and brass foundries. Wolverhampton is located approx 17 miles from Birmingham. The city has a selection of galleries and museums. Bantock House & Park looks at the area’s heritage and the Art Gallery houses a diverse collection including works by Gainsborough and Warhol.

The town of Walsall is located approx 10 miles from Birmingham, attractions include the Walsall Leather Museum showcasing the historic aspect of the town’s heritage along with live demonstrations of craftsmen and women at work. The New Art Gallery Walsall features the Garman-Ryan Art Collection and a number of temporary exhibitions. To the north there is over 30,000 acres of natural parkland at Cannock Chase. Many people are attracted here each year, with opportunities to cycle, walk, picnic and enjoy the range of scenery on offer here from moor land to hills to forest.

Walsall Museum is located in the town centre. The museum shows visitors the history of life, work and leisure, past and present in Walsall, through the use of exhibitions, activities and events. The main collection is made up of the general social history, from Walsall's past and present, from the 17th to 21st centuries.

The city of Birmingham is the second largest city in the UK after London and offers visitors with a fine choice of attractions including museums, exhibition spaces, sports venues and galleries. Historically the Bull Ring has been host to open-air and covered markets in the city over the years, the current Bull Ring Shopping Centre is now one of the largest and most comprehensive shopping complexes in Europe.

Birmingham includes the well known Jewellery Quarter where visitors can find a community of jewellers, the area has become famous for its association with jewellery since the 18th century when jewellers set up their businesses in the area. The Museum of the Jewellery Quarter is in a former workshop of the Smith & Pepper factory, it makes for an interesting visit particularly for fans of jewellery.

Birmingham Shopping offers a mix of arcades, malls, open air and closed markets and the Jewellery Quarter. With no shortage of places to shop, the city has been referred to as a regional shopping capital and retail haven.

Wightwick Manor is a manor house that contains some of the finest collections of William Morris and the Arts and Crafts Movement. The impressive house is located a few miles from Wolverhampton and includes the beautiful garden that displays vivid colours through each of the seasons. The house itself contains many original William Morris wallpapers and fabrics, Kempe glass and Pre-Raphaelite paintings.

There are walks and tours available for visitors, a specialist shop devoted to William Morris and the Arts and Crafts Movement. Visitors can sample the local produce in the tea room. The Victorian manor house has retained its many authentic features allowing visitors to take a trip through time. The house is usually open from March to December, but it is advisable to check prior to visiting to avoid disappointment.

The Solihull Arts Complex is located in Solihull approx 8 miles from Birmingham. The complex includes a theatre, studio, cafe bar and gallery spaces. There is a varied programme of events throughout the year including comedy, drama, music, dance and family shows. Each year there is the Arts Complex's own Pantomime production, while the Gallery displays commissioned works from local artists and national touring exhibitions.
