The restaurant uses fresh, local produce where possible and serves a choice of English dishes with international influences. The restaurant specialises in char-grilled food cooked over hot coals to give a unique taste. There are healthy choice and options for vegetarians.

New Brighton in the Wirral is a seaside town located approx 6 miles from Liverpool. There are a number of amusement rides, Mizzy Lake Farm with farmyard animals, sea lion show and woodland walk area of mixed woodland. There is plenty to see and do for the whole family in a fun day out.
The World of Glass museum is located in the town of St Helens in Merseyside approx 13 miles from Liverpool. The museum showcases the history of glass from 500BC up to the present day; visitors can see a number of impressive demonstrations and see the galleries along with the visually stunning special effects film show. The Victorian Cone Building and tunnels beneath show the Victorian glassmaking furnace and how it helped to revolutionise glass making. The museum offers an educational and enjoyable day out.
