The hotel is housed in a detached 18th century villa that has retained its period features adding to the charm and character of the hotel. The Marstan offers a quality boutique hotel and an interesting alternative to larger chain hotels.

There are a total of 10 guest bedrooms that offer en-suite facilities. The rooms are decorated to a good standard in a classic period style and offer a range of modern facilities. Room facilities include flat screen television, radio, hairdryer, alarm clock with ipod docking station and tea and coffee making facilities.
There is Wi-Fi internet access available and on site car parking is available for guests. The hotel is entirely non smoking throughout.
