Getting To Exeter Airport

By Public Transport

Train: There is no rail terminal at the airport, there are two stations at Exeter passengers can use, these are Exeter Central Station & Exeter St. Davids Station both are around 5 to 6 miles from the airport. The stations have trains going to & from central London (Paddington & Waterloo). From the Exeter rail stations passengers can get either a taxi or use bus services to get to the airport. Bus & Coach: There are bus services run by Stagecoach that go from Exeter to the airport (no. 56 & no. 379), these services go from Exeter St. Davids to the airport. By Car: Exeter Airport is located in Devon approx five miles from Exeter city centre. To get to the airport if you are coming from the South West, exit the M5 at junction 29 and follow the A30 eastbound. Exit the A30 at the airport junction & then follow the B3184 to the airport.

If you are driving from the East, drive on the A30 from Honiton until you reach Clyst Honiton, here exit at Airport junction and drive onto the B3184 that will take you to the airport.

Airport Car Parking

Exeter airport has facilities for both Short Term & Long Term Car Parking. Short term There is a facility at the short term car park to park for up to 15 minutes for no cost, this is ideal for those dropping someone off at the airport or picking them up after they are out of the terminal building. The short term parking charges start from £0.60 pence and is around £5-£6 for 2 to 4 hours.

Long Term parking is available the price is approx £16 for up to one day paying if you book on the day. Cheaper prices & discounts of up to 30% are available if you book earlier, if you do need long term airport parking it is well worth booking in advance rather than on the day to both guarantee a parking space and save money on parking costs.
