Guests can enjoy a cooked breakfast each morning along with a range of cereals, toast, fruits, juices, yoghurts and tea and coffee.

The Promenade Restaurant offers diners a range of British and European cuisine, there are a range of dishes to choose from including meat, fish and vegetable dishes and a range of tempting desserts. Located on the promenade diners can also enjoy some inspiring views of the sea and Brighton pier from the restaurant. There is an impressive wine list including classical wines and new world varieties to compliment your meal.

The Atrium bar is among the main attractions of the hotel, it has glassed ceilings and a range of plants and trees. Here guests can sit back and unwind in informal surroundings there are a range of drinks on offer including a variety of beers, wines and spirits.

The Waterbar is a modern bar that has a contemporary design and offers guests the chance to sit back and relax with a choice of drinks and light snacks whilst catching up with friends, family or business colleagues. Guests can choose from a variety of cocktails and continental beers.

Local Attractions


The city of Brighton is among the most popular and famous tourist destination on the south coast. Brighton is a university city and offers a range of bars, clubs and entertainment venues making it a firm favourite among young people.

It is also popular among older visitors and offers visitors a number of attractions, including the famous beech and pier, historic attractions such as the Royal Pavilion and St Paul’s Church, the Theatre Royal and Brighton Dome offer a range of dance musicals, comedies and drama. Historic houses include Preston Manor with its fine collections of art and furniture and Palmeira Mansions famous for its opulence, grandeur and intriguing mix of features.

Other prominent south coast towns worth considering for visitors include Eastbourne and Hastings located to the east. Attractions in Eastbourne include the beach and pier, the Towner contemporary art gallery and the Bandstand open air theatre. The South Downs around Eastbourne are an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB); there are the iconic high cliffs at Beachy Head standing at over 500 feet and offers visitors some stunning views over Eastbourne and the English Channel in the distance.
