Business meetings usually start and end with a handshake, people are addressed by their titles in a business context. It is important to maintain eye contact to ensure trust is established. It can take time to get through business meetings and for deals to be done so patience is required. There is less emphasis on deadlines and more on thoroughly covering everything issues.
